Back on topic. Hasnt Fran heard of my space music. She doesnt even need a major label. She can sell her music online which gives her the freedom to experiment with her style/sound all she wants, without having some lame record executive up her ass.

Ah, tis true, the dragon is back, like the proverbial skin irritation, you think it’s gone and then, WALLOP, it’s back, stronger, meaner, more virulent than ever before. I see this place has an even more select clientele than ever before, like some upmarket pole dancing club; not many know where it is, and even fewer gain access. Sorry for the delay in responding (I’m not really sorry, just making an empty gesture of insincerity).  Since I accept I am a total failure at relationships (I always say it is totally my fault, even though it’s a lie, it makes life easier and makes others feel better about themselves, so I am doing my bit for humanity, makes up in some small way for the massive carbon footprint my car travels creates) and have, therefore, failed abysmally at locating a stinking rich girlfriend (applications welcome, emphasis on the rich), I’ve been out of town, earning money, putting food on the table and a roof over my head. I am sure you coped admirably while I was away…. since this place has obviously been a hive of activity (sarcasm rocks).  At this point I would just like to offer my support to the Writers Strike in the States and state, sadly, that I have received no remuneration for this piece of writing (which is strictly off the cuff, adlib etc), one or two threats, but no remuneration.  Soon there will be no tv programmes, no films, no plays – good grief, people will end up talking again, now we cannot allow that……… support your writers……… No, this is not an opening shot at discussing the relevance of Arts in the world. I am totally committed and supportive of the argument about their relevance in the world, so don’t start……… I don’t have the strength……….  |
